Now that he’s a Green Bay Packer, running back Josh Jacobs is selling his Las Vegas home, which hit the market on Friday for nearly $6 million.
Jacobs, who was with the Raiders from 2019 to 2023, bought the underlying property in 2021 for $750,000, property records show. He then built a 5,500-square-foot, custom-designed home, which was only completed last year.
“Jacobs’s journey and his achievements are incredibly moving. This isn’t just a home; it’s a symbol of his hard work and dreams coming true,” said listing agent James Meadows of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties in a press release.
The single-level home has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a primary suite with direct access to the backyard and a bathroom with built-in black cabinets, an LED-lit mirror and a central glass shower with floor-to-ceiling black marble.
Off the kitchen, there’s a living area with a floor-to-ceiling white marble fireplace and a glass-enclosed, temperature-controlled wine wall.
Other amenities include a media room, a six-car garage, a half basketball court and a lap pool with a hot tub.
The home is located in Augusta Canyon at Southern Highlands Golf Club, just 4 miles from the Raiders’ practice facility.
“I would call this the neighborhood of champions,” Meadows said. “It’s a hot spot for Raiders staff and players.…Plus, you can’t beat the location—just a quick 15-minute drive to the Las Vegas Strip, and perfectly situated between their practice facility and the stadium.”
Jacobs, 26, signed a four-year, $48 million contract with the Packers earlier this year.
