Angelina Jolie and her son Pax said goodbye to Canada on Monday after they made a triumphant joint appearance at Toronto International Film Festival on Sunday.
The 49-year-old star was seen jetting out of Toronto’s airport with her casually dressed son joining her.
Pax — who was seriously injured after crashing his e-bike into a stopped car on July 29 in Los Angeles — again had his forehead exposed after revealing a significant forehead scar that he debuted at the premiere of his mother’s film Without Blood.
The 20-year-old’s TIFF appearance came shortly after it was revealed that he had ‘totaled’ his Tesla in another crash that occurred just two months before his nearly fatal e-bike crash.

Angelina toned down her haute couture instincts ahead of her flight with a chic but muted dark brown coat that was cinched closed around her waist with a tied leather belt.
She wore it over a simple white top that was paired with flowing cream-colored pants and beige shoes.
The By The Sea star looked cool in a set of aviator sunglasses, and she wore her blond-dyed hair in long strands cascading down her shoulders.
Pax was similarly muted in a black Civil Regime X Champion hoodie that was decorated on the sleeves and hood with delicate embroidered flowers.
He matched the hoodie with black jeans and added stylish round-frame sunglasses and contrasting white sneakers.
Angelina and Pax could both be seen smiling together as they made their way through the airport.
Although Angelina is best known in front of the camera, she’s working behind the scenes on her new film Without Blood, which she wrote and directed.
The film star, a parable-like tale exploring themes of family, war and revenge, instead stars 58-year-old Salma Hayek.
Angelina stunned on the red carpet in a sleek black dress that she paired with black gloves reaching to her upper arms, while Pax looked debonair in a black suit and matching necktie, along with cool black browline shades.
The TIFF premiere was just days after Pax was seen for the first time since his horror e-bike crash in July as he stepped out with the actress in LA on Wednesday.
During the outing, he sported an arm cast and a bucket hat emblazoned with ‘Miracle’ as he continued his recovery with family.
The appearance followed Pax’s 60-year-old father Brad Pitt‘s appearance at the Venice Film Festival with his age-gap girlfriend Ines de Ramon, 34.

Pax looked in good spirits as he spent quality time with his mother at lunch in Beverly Hills weeks after the accident.
Angelina wore a cream top, cardigan and slacks with tan heels for the outing.
Her locks were worn in a sleek ponytail and she sported chic shades.
Angelina has been by Pax’s side at the hospital since he crashed into a car during rush hour in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
A source told TMZ that witnesses who lived nearby initially believed Pax had died in the crash as they discovered him lying lifeless on the ground.
It was not until paramedics arrived at the scene that Pax regained consciousness.
Page Six is reporting that this was not the first time the young man has been involved in incidents involving two and four wheeled vehicles.
‘His friends are concerned about him,’ an insider told the outlet alleging, ‘He’s being reckless. They’re worried.’

‘He has had a string of car crashes,’ the source asserted. ‘It’s not great. Pax is a troubled kid, and Angelina is doing her best to help him.’
The publication reported that LAPD sources said there was nothing new to add to the initial report of a traffic collision, when asked if charges might be pending.
Responding police and paramedics opted to rush Pax to the hospital after he complained of head pain.
Despite his injuries, TMZ’s source claimed that Pax’s bike did not show any obvious signs of damage.
Pax — who like several of his other siblings is estranged from his famous father — had reportedly been driving down Los Feliz Boulevard around 5 p.m., which put him on the regularly crowded street during rush hour traffic.
According to law enforcement sources, he had been coming up to an intersection when he crashed his bike into the back of the car, which had already stopped for the red light.
The car’s driver reportedly did their duty by getting out and checking on the injured Pax before police and paramedics arrived.
Although it’s not clear exactly where he collided with the car, witnesses at the scene said he complained of pain in his hip, and they said he appeared to have injured his head in the crash.
In recent months, Pax has been spotted around Los Angeles riding on a Talaria Sting R MX4 electric bike, which costs around $3,000, though it’s not known if that was the same bike he crashed.
He was most recently pictured on the dirt bike on July 11.
The TIFF outing followed Pax’s dad Brad Pitt’s appearance at the Venice Film Festival. A rep for Pitt recently declined to comment when asked if he planned to visit his son in hospital; they are seen in 2014
Pax, who was born in Vietnam, was adopted by Jolie at age three. Brad then adopted him in 2008; The former couple and their kids pictured in Tokyo in November 2008
Notably, he wasn’t wearing a helmet when he was pictured riding the bike in public.
California state laws require all bike and motorcycle riders under 18 to wear helmets, but it’s unclear if the type of bike Pax was riding at the time would have required him to wear a helmet.
The crash also reportedly took place on a street near Angelina’s Los Angeles residence.
Angelina rushed to the hospital to be by her son’s beside following the crash.
Pax, who was born in Vietnam, was adopted by Jolie at age three, joining siblings Maddox, 22, and Zahara, 19.
He is reportedly close to them as well as siblings Shiloh, 18, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 16.
Maddox and Zahara were adopted by Jolie’s then-partner, Brad, in 2005 and he adopted Pax in 2008.
All three of the older children have been estranged from Pitt following an incident on a private airplane in 2016, when the actor allegedly hit one of his children.
No charges were filed after an investigation into the alleged incident.

But in a cutting post, Pax wrote: ‘You have made the lives of those closest to me a constant hell.’
‘You may tell yourself and the world whatever you want,’ he added., ‘but the truth will come to light someday.
Then he sarcastically added: ‘So Happy Father’s Day, you f*****g awful human being.’
Jolie and Pitt are legally divorced but are still fighting over the sale of Miraval, the vineyard in France.
