Celine Dion has finally sold her Florida waterpark home – four years after putting it on the market.

Canadian singer Celine and her late husband, René Angélil, began building the waterpark in 2010 after purchasing the five-acre land in Jupiter Island for $7 million (£5.4 million) in 2008.

The breathtaking 20,000 sq ft. Bahamian-inspired mansion includes 13 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms and a golf simulator.

The open-plan living area is spacious, while the bedrooms are luxurious with a hint of glamour. The house is airy throughout with multiple glass walls, and there’s also a tennis court and guest house, but it’s the massive water park feature that is, quite literally, out of this world.

The pool system requires 500,000 gallons of water and includes two swimming pools, two water slides, a lazy river, water cannons and a tree house. And that’s not all, there’s more than 400-feet of Atlantic Ocean front land.

After starting her Caesars Palace residency in Las Vegas and with René’s illness in 2013, it proved difficult for Celine to get a lot of use out of the home.

Having been on sale for four years via Sotheby’s International Realty, the mansion was initially introduced at $72 million (£55.8 million) in 2013 and went through several price cuts before its final sale price of $38.5 million (£29.8 million).

While the new owners have yet to be identified, it is believed that the mansion will be used as a vacation home.
