Jennifer Gates, 26, purchases a $76 million Manhattan penthouse

Jennifer, the 26-year-old daughter of tech mogul Bill Gates, has a new $76 million mansion.

According to reports, Gates’ eldest daughter has moved into her new residence in Manhattan’s hip Tribeca neighborhood. The ultra-trendy 443 Greenwich St. is an address recognized for its celebrity residents.

Gates recently moved into the upscale residence, which even has a plunge pool, according to CNBC.

There is 316 sqm of outdoor area on the expansive 826 sqm plot.

According to The New York Post, Formula 1 race car champion Lewis Hamilton once had the enormous penthouse at 443 Greenwich St., which is located in a celebrity-approved building. Hamilton sold the property in November 2021 for $49.5 million to a different Seattle-based trust.

Jennifer Gates, a Microsoft heiress, equestrian, medical school student, and new mother, resides in the triplex penthouse with her spouse, Olympic equestrian Nayel Nassar. Jennifer is the daughter of Bill Gates and his ex-wife, Melinda French Gates.

After graduating from Stanford University, her parents gifted her a $24 million, 124-acre horse estate in Westchester, where the couple was married in October of 2021. Since then, Gates and Nassar have welcomed the arrival of their first kid.

Past and present celeb residents of the apartment block include Jennifer Lawrence, Meg Ryan, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, Harry Styles and Jake Gyllenhaal, the Weeknd.

Hamilton first listed the penthouse for $US57 million in 2019 after buying it for $US43.99 million in 2017 and never moving in.

A former listing calls the penthouse the building’s “crown jewel,” with six bedrooms, six baths, two powder rooms, 6m-high ceilings, multiple terraces and two parking spaces. The building has just 15 parking spots.

The home, which is the largest in the building, features its own elevator. Design details include pine beams with steel fittings, 17 restored windows and a chef’s kitchen.

There’s also a glass-encased top level with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and nearly 325 sqm of terrace space — with that plunge pool and outdoor seating — as well as an additional penthouse living room with a gas fireplace, a wet bar and a powder room.

Amenities include a 20m indoor pool, a gym with locker rooms, a Turkish bath and a 465 sqm landscaped roof terrace.
