Following a Homeland Security raid, Sean “Diddy” Combs sold his Los Angeles property for $70 million: report

Sean “Diddy” Combs is planning his escape.

Less than four months after Homeland Security raided his Holmby Hills home in conjunction with an investigation into đť‘ eđť‘Ą trafficking, the disgraced 54-year-old music tycoon has listed his house for sale.

Combs is attempting to sell his ostentatious pad off-market for $70 million, which is more than $30 million more than he spent for it in 2014, according to TMZ.

With 17,000 square feet of living area, the Los Angeles mega-mansion offers eight bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, a gym, a wine room, and a 35-seat theater.

There’s also a smaller 3,000-square-foot guest house on the acreage.

A basketball half-court, well-kept gardens, and a lagoon-style pool with an underwater swimming tunnel are among the outdoor selling features.

The rapper of the song “I’ll Be Missing You” has maintained the inside updated with contemporary finishes even though the mansion was constructed more than ten years ago.

But given its history and high asking price, the house might be difficult to sell.

In March, armed federal law enforcement officials were spotted pulling up to the mansion.

Once inside, the officers ransacked the home, ripping out electronics and combing through every square inch in hopes of finding evidence relating to their ongoing investigation.

Photos of the messy aftermath showed the feds had thrown clothes and shoes on the ground, turned furniture upside down and left safes open with scattered documents. Even Combs’ children’s rooms had been searched with teddy bears and other stuffed animals sprawled on the floor.

At the time, a source told us there was “significant property damage” to his homes in Los Angeles and Miami following the raids.

While his lawyer claimed the search was an “excessive show of force,” a grand jury is currently hearing evidence about the case and deciding whether there are grounds for indictment, per TMZ.

Amid his legal drama, an insider told TMZ that Combs wants to move out of California for good.

The rapper has spent most of his time in the Sunshine State since becoming the subject of numerous 𝑠e𝑥ual assault lawsuits and other crimes.

His ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura opened the floodgates in November when she accused Combs of rape and decades-long abuse. The exes settled the suit just one day after it was filed.

At least six more people have come forward with accusations of 𝑠e𝑥ual assault since then.

Although Combs vehemently denied all of the accusations, a video of the rapper beating and dragging Cassie in 2016 was released in May, corroborating some of her claims.

Despite Combs issuing an apology, Cassie’s legal team later slammed his “pathetic” attempt to save face
