Renovations to Gisele Bündchen’s $11 million Miami property near her ex-husband Tom Brady took more than a year to complete.

Gisele Bündchen’s $11.5 million Miami property is ready for occupancy following extensive renovations.

The property on the prestigious Indian Creek Island, next to her ex-husband Tom Brady’s house, was acquired by the former Victoria’s Secret model in 2022.

With a big boat dock in her rear, two back patios, a view of the stream, five bedrooms, and seven bathrooms, the new home is 6,600 square feet.

Additionally, it features a sizable swimming pool and hot tub that are ideal for her and Brady’s two kids, Vivian, 11, and Benjamin, 14.

According to the Daily Mail, Bündchen, 43, grew closer to the former NFL quarterback, who announced his retirement in February, in an effort to ease the burden of the two parents sharing custody of their children as they alternated between them.

After 13 years of marriage, Bündchen and Brady officially filed for divorce in October 2022.

Since then, Brazilian model Joaquin Valente has been her jiu-jitsu instructor.

Earlier this month, the model and Valente went on a family vacation to Costa Rica, where the couple was spotted having fun on the beach. This dispelled speculations that the two had broken up after Netflix’s roast of Tom Brady, which poked fun at her new relationship.

In June, they also got together for Father’s Day with the instructor.

Instead of spending the major holiday with their famous father, the family went on a paddleboarding adventure in Miami while Brady made his Fox broadcasting debut at the UFL championship game in Missouri.

The former quarterback presumably celebrated Father’s Day earlier in the week.

He shared photos of himself, Benjamin, Vivian and his eldest son, Jack — whom he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan — on social media.
