The new The Judgment Day opens the event with a center-ring remembrance of the beating they gave The Terror Twins last week . Finn Bálor comments that this is what will happen to them this weekend at Bash In Berlin. Liv Morgan , as a message to Rhea Ripley, warns that this Saturday they will show that she and Dominik Mysterio are always on top. Dom tries to speak, but is booed by the entire venue. What Dominik wanted to say is that Liv does things for him that Rhea never did, like helping him beat his father, Rey Mysterio.

The WWE Universe turns on Dom, but he gets Liv’s backing and later, Dominik announces that he will enter the tournament to determine the next contender for the Intercontinental Title ; “El Sucio” threatens to win it to keep it all and thus show who is the boss. The LWO interrupts! Rey Mysterio appears accompanied by Dragon Lee, Cruz Del Toro & Joaquin Wilde. The Hall of Famer stands in front of his son to tell him that he is a lost soul, he is out of control and that at least when Dom was with Rhea, at least someone had some balls; and that wasn’t him. Rey says that someone has to put Dom in his place.

And that’s going to be Rey Mysterio? If I remember correctly, Dominik already beat him. Rey knew he was going down that path, he’s always been rude. Mysterio challenges his son to hit him so he can return the favor with a punch that flips his mustache off his face. JD McDonagh launches himself at Rey Mysterio! The LWO throws The Judgment Day out of the ring and Dragon Lee finishes the segment with a spectacular flight.
