Jennifer Lawrence purchased a luxurious condominium with breathtaking views of New York City for $15.45 million, but now she is seeking $12 million for it

With the old decade goes the old apartment.

Jennifer Lawrence has decided to offload her Upper East Side duplex penthouse and has slashed more than $3 million off the original asking price.

The 29-year-old newlywed is currently trying to sell the apartment for $12 million, Top Ten Real Estate Deals reports.

Her current price is a comedown from the $15.45 million Street Easy reports she was asking when she originally listed the penthouse last July. She acquired the place for $15.6 million back in 2016, so even at her initial asking price the Mother! star was taking a loss.

Jennifer, who married art dealer Cooke Maroney at the Belcourt Of Newport heritage mansion in Rhode Island last October, is selling the house via Compass.

According to the listing on the Compass website, the pad stretches across 4,073 square feet and features city views on all sides.

The condominium is located in a swank 30-floor building called The Laurel on East 67th St, with a key lock elevator and a doorman.

Jennifer’s top-flight apartment features eight rooms including a master suite with a dressing room, a screening room and a billiards room.

The penthouse also comes with a 3,000 square-foot two-level outdoor area that offers panoramic views of New York City.

Equipped with a grill and a patio for Jennifer and her guests to relax, the outdoor area is also partly covered in grass adding a garden ambiance.

Outside there is also a mounted TV set – but luckily it is hanging over a fireplace so viewers are prepared for those chilly New York nights.

Indoors, the dining room and lounge are connected, and the penthouse also plays host to a sumptuous marble bathroom.

The master suite is in fact part of an entire bedroom wing of the penthouse that includes two other bedrooms.
