Lewis Hamilton spotted with celebrities Nina Dobrev and Snoop Dogg at the 2024 Paris Olympics

Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton was recently spotted at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games along with other celebrities like Snoop Dogg, Nina Dobrev, Shaun White, and more. The British driver attended the bronze medal match in the fencing competition between France and the United States.

Since F1 currently has been on a summer break since the conclusion of the Belgian GP, several drivers have been enjoying their time away from the track. Some of them, including Hamilton, attended various sporting events taking place as part of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

The seven-time F1 world champion perhaps had a particular interest in this fencing match since one of Hamilton’s close friends, Miles Chamley-Watson, was part of the United States team.

Hamilton arrived at the stadium and sat with celebrities like Hollywood actress Dobrev, popular American rapper Snoop Dogg, and three-time Snowboarding gold medalist White. They took pictures together and later posted them on their official social media accounts.

After the match, Hamilton also met with Chamley-Watson and apparently offered him words of encouragement after his team lost the match to France. He also took pictures with the American fencer.

Before the F1 summer break, Hamilton managed to win two Grands Prix, in England and Belgium. In the Belgian GP, his teammate George Russell won the race but was later disqualified due to his car being underweight. As of now, Hamilton stands in sixth place in the drivers championship with 150 points. He is chasing fifth-placed Carlos Sainz (162 points) and fourth-placed Oscar Piastri (167 points).

Lewis Hamilton shares his experience at the 2024 Paris Olympics and consoles American fencer Miles Chamley-Watson

Lewis Hamilton recently shared photos of himself cheering on his close friend Miles Chamley-Watson as he competed for the bronze medal in fencing at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. The F1 driver also posted selfies with other celebrities and shared his thoughts about his experience at the Paris Olympics.

The seven-time world champion primarily watched the USA-France fencing match for the bronze medal. His friend Miles Chamley-Watson was competing in this match for the United States. France eventually took the bronze medal.

After the match, Hamilton shared pictures from his visit on his official Instagram account and also shared words of encouragement for Chamley-Watson after his team failed to clinch the bronze medal.

“Such an amazing experience to be at the Olympics to[sic] and feel the energy of the crowd. The dedication, focus and resilience of these competitors is incredible to witness up close. @fencer, I’m so proud of you brother. The challenges you’ve faced and overcome to get here is nothing short of amazing. Adversity makes us stronger and from it we learn our greatest lessons. The best is yet to come,” Hamilton wrote.

Chamley-Watson acknowledged Hamilton’s message and thanked the Mercedes star:

“Love you brother. Meant that world to have you there. Thanks for picking my head up and supporting me,” Chamley-Watson replied.
