NBA All-Star Chris Paul Gets $15.2M for the Sale of His Massive Encino Home

The Golden State Warriors’ 2023–2024 All-Star point guard Chris Paul has found a buyer for his 12,830-square-foot property in Encino, California.

The 1.35-acre property was listed by the legendary NBA player for $16,495,000 in June, and it was sold for $15,150,000 a month later.

Located in a quiet neighborhood far from the bustle, this exquisite eight-bedroom, twelve-bathroom farmhouse masterpiece. Beverly Hills is 25 minutes distant by vehicle, and downtown Los Angeles is 35 minutes away.

Slam-dunk features

The layout is spacious yet cozy. There’s a large living room with high ceilings and a formal living room with built-in shelving, a modern fireplace, and oversized windows.

Further inside is the gourmet kitchen, which boasts hidden appliances and a double center island with seating. Plus, the butler’s pantry, breakfast nook, and abundant cabinets will charm any home cook

Naturally, the bedrooms are also exquisite. The primary suite has an expansive, covered terrace and a spa-worthy bathroom with dual vanities and a glass-enclosed shower with a marble wall.

Beautiful backyard

Unsurprisingly, this high-end residence is packed with ultraluxe details. For starters, there’s a glass-walled wine room and a large, covered terrace on the second floor.

The backyard is also a sight to see and includes a private gym, a sports court, and a saltwater pool.

Other noteworthy features include a four-car garage, guardhouse, and two-story guesthouse. Meanwhile, an outdoor kitchen and a covered cabana with an attached bathroom ensure posh entertaining.

Paul, 39, was drafted into the NBA by the New Orleans Hornets (now the Pelicans) in 2005. He played the 2023-2024 season with the Golden State Warriors before signing with the San Antonio Spurs for the 2024-2025 season. He’s a 12-time NBA All-Star.
