The former Hollywood Hills residence of Harry Styles sells for $6.77 million.

The Los Angeles home that British pop artist Harry Styles sold in 2019 has been acquired by a new owner. Public documents indicate that the contemporary home, which is situated in the Hollywood Hills just above the Sunset Strip, sold for $6.77 million on Thursday to an unidentified buyer.

From 2016 until 2019, the star of Don’t Worry Darling paid $6.9 million for the four-bedroom, six-bathroom home, according to Zillow. Following his own improvements, Styles sold it in 2019 for $6 million, a $870,000 loss, to a corporate entity connected to Singaporean billionaire tech entrepreneur Patrick Y. Grove (as disclosed in an episode of Selling Sunset). Then, in October 2022, the property was advertised for $7.95 million; but, in January 2023, the price was lowered to $7.245 million. The sale of the property was finalized last week after it was purchased in late July.

Constructed in 1946, this opulent four-bedroom home has an open floor plan and outdoor space on every level, making it the ideal poolside party home for any boy bander. A large living and dining area with a fireplace and glass walls that vanish to reveal a balcony with expansive views of downtown Los Angeles is accessible from the entryway. According to the description, the main floor also has a chef’s kitchen with an island, gray stone worktops, and white cabinets.

On the second floor, the primary bedroom has its own balcony and a bathroom with dual vanities, an infinity-edge bathtub, and a walk-in shower also with city vistas. The backyard includes a kidney-shaped pool with a spillover spa that is set against a wall of bamboo and a bar area. There’s also a gym, an office, and a home theater with purple walls and furnishings.

The property was available through the Oppenheim Group’s Emma Hernan, from the hit Netflix reality show Selling Sunset, who revealed on the show that Styles left behind hundreds of shoes. “It is an amazing home so Patrick is of course sad to see it go but also happy that the home has found new owners,” she tells ELLE DECOR, adding that the deal was well-timed. “With the current market, there are not a lot of luxury homes being sold, so I am of course very happy that we sold this amazing property at such a great price.”

The Los Angeles abode is one of many homes Styles owns, from residences in London’s pastoral Hampstead Heath to chic New York apartments. By our estimates, he’s amassed a residential real estate portfolio worth $62.5 million, a hefty part of his overall $120 million net worth.
