The renowned Cornelia Street Townhouse of Taylor Swift is listed for $17.9 million.

There’s a chance Taylor Swift won’t ever walk Cornelia Street. During the renovations of her $50 million TriBeCa apartment in 2016, the pop star rented her dreamy Manhattan pad, a 5,500-square-foot West Village carriage house at 23 Cornelia Street, for a few months. The property features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, two powder rooms, an eat-in kitchen, numerous terraces, including a rooftop deck, and was constructed in 1870 to store horse-drawn vehicles. In addition, there’s a garage and an indoor lap pool, which are uncommon in New York City. The second story features a wood-burning fireplace, leaded glass windows, blond parquet Russian Ipe wood floors, and vaulted ceilings. The listing is held by Jennifer Rahilly, Irene Lo, and Laurence Carty of the Corcoran Group.
