Amid rumors of a divorce, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck offer their Beverly Hills property for £52.5 million.

The celebrity couple bought the 12-bedroom home for £48.7 million last summer, but its public listing has rumours swirling.

After nearly a year of house hunting, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck had finally found their dream home just last summer.

However, the Beverly Hills mansion with 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms is now again up for sale, this time for £52.5 million ($68 million).

They would profit £3.8 million if it sells for its asking price, however it’s unclear how much the couple’s recent, significant renovations cost.

The pair may have been seeking a discreet off-market transaction when they hired a private broker in the past, according to TMZ, a celebrity gossip website. However, Santiago Arana of The Agency has now officially listed the property.

“Recently renovated with the highest level of quality within the last four months and nestled in one of Beverly Hills’s most exclusive and secure enclaves lies the magnificent Crestview Manor,” reads the estate agents’ blurb.

“Perched atop a five-acre promontory, this newly rebuilt and expanded masterpiece offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, creating a serene backdrop for its unparalleled amenities.”

The 38,000 square foot mega mansion does indeed have a truly grand amount of amenities, including a pickleball court, basketball court, boxing ring, infinity pool, bar and parking space for a whopping 80 vehicles. Lopez is known for her love of a home that is spacious enough to entertain, having previously sold a 4,000 square foot New York apartment because it was “too small” to host family and friends.

As befitting of its A-list residents, “privacy and security are unrivalled” for this house on a private gated road, with double gates and a two-bedroom guardhouse for 24-hour surveillance.

The listing of the couple’s home has fanned the flames of divorce rumours.

Lopez and Affleck have a long history together, having first dated in the early Noughties following Lopez’s divorce from her second husband Cris Judd. Affleck even had a cameo appearance in J-Lo’s ‘Jenny From the Block’ music video, which nodded to the paparazzi’s obsession with the pair.

Although they were engaged by the end of 2002, two years later they broke off the engagement. But in 2021 the pair appeared to re-kindle their relationship, and in July 2022 they married each other in Las Vegas. Affleck once again had a walk-on role in Lopez’s recent film ‘This is Me… Now’, which detailed the singer’s career and struggle with a self-described “love addiction”.

Rumours of a divorce have dogged the couple for months, and they are reportedly searching for separate properties.

Affleck previously sold his home in Pacific Palisades in October 2022 for £22.8 million ($28.5 million), while Lopez’s Bel Air mansion sold for a reported £26.2 million ($34 million) in October 2023.
