Georgia Tight End Should Be Watched by the Bucs in the 2025 NFL Draft

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had a solid 2024 NFL Draft, and it is never too early to start looking ahead to next year.

In a recent article by PFF, they list one offensive player for every NFL team to keep tabs on ahead of the 2025 draft. For the reigning NFC South champions, they think that they should pay attention to Georgia tight end Oscar Delp.

“Tampa Bay could very easily make another first-round investment in their offensive line in 2025, but Georgia’s Oscar Delp is an intriguing prospect at tight end,” Trevor Sikkema writes. “Delp was a lacrosse player in high school, and those movement skills show up now as a 6-foot-5, 245-pound tight end.”

Delp was not used a lot this past season, as Brock Bowers was by far the best tight end in college football. But that does not mean that Delp does not have NFL-level talent.

He was still able to finish with just under 300 receiving yards and three touchdowns on the year. Now that Bowers has been drafted, Delp will get a chance to show what he can truly do this coming season.

Unless the Buccaneers think that Cade Otton is their tight end of the future, keeping tabs on Culp could be a good idea.
