Jennifer Lawrence wears a nice burgundy coat and bundles up in her winter finest as she goes out in NYC with her husband Cooke Maroney

As winter approaches, the temperature has been falling.

And when Jennifer Lawrence and her husband Cooke Maroney ventured out in New York on Wednesday, they were looking their best for the chilly weather.

The actress, 32, had a checkered face mask covering her natural complexion, and she was dressed smartly in a burgundy coat over a black turtleneck.

She wore her dirty blonde locks slicked back into a ponytail and appeared to have minimal – if any – makeup on her complexion.

As for her footwear, she opted for a slick pair of olive green sneakers which coordinated with her alligator print purse.

Her husband was also rocking a smart pair of footwear in addition to his laid-back look.

The couple were seen stepping out into the concrete jungle before approaching an awaiting car in the street.

Ever the gentleman, Cooke held the door open for his lady love as they entered their vehicle.

The couple have been married since 2019 and welcomed baby Cy in February.

Jennifer waited six months to reveal her child’s name and gender to the world in a candid interview with Vogue that was published in September.

The Hunger Games actress ‘felt like my whole life had started over’ after giving birth but that it was ‘scary’ to talk about becoming a mother after friends warned her that she may not ‘fall in love right away.’

She told the outlet that she and Cooke decided on the name Cy after the postwar American painter Cy Twombly, who is one of her gallerist husband’s favorite artists

Jennifer admitted that she was reluctant to speak out on her baby, explaining ‘it’s so scary to talk about motherhood. Only because it’s so different for everybody. If I say, It was amazing from the start, some people will think, It wasn’t amazing for me at first, and feel bad.’

Jennifer and Cooke initially met through mutual friends, with their first sighting as a couple taking place in June of 2018.

The actress was previously in a relationship with her X-Men franchise costar Nicholas Hoult.

She later began seeing Darren Aronofsky, who directed her in the 2017 feature Mother! before meeting Maroney.
