‘Full House’ creator Jeff Franklin is set to list a double lot on Florida’s San Marco Island, one of the Venetian Islands on Biscayne Bay in Miami Beach, for $26.5 million today.

At over half an acre and approximately 27,000 square feet, the property has extensive skyline views and 208 feet of direct water frontage on the bay, according to marketing materials from listing agents Eloy Carmenate and Mike Duchon of Corcoran.

“It speaks for itself,” Mr. Carmenate told Mansion Global. “It’s the only parcel left on the Venetian Islands of that size and with unobstructed views facing southwest. It’s the last of its kind.”

Mr. Franklin, 67, has worked with Miami-based architect Kobi Karp to draw up plans for a 16,000-square-foot home on the lot, with the permitting process expected to be complete by the end of the year, he told Mansion Global. A permit process is also underway for the construction of a new dock.

“It’s a spectacular home with drop dead downtown views,” Mr. Franklin said. “There’s a limited supply of raw land out here and this is an opportunity for somebody who wants to take our plans and tweak them to their heart’s desire and build something special.”

The current plans include “all the bells and whistles,” he added. “It has a detached wellness center, there’s a gym and massage room, a movie theater with a snack bar. I think anybody who’s looking to live the Miami lifestyle would really enjoy it.”

Mr. Franklin purchased a total of four adjacent plots on the island for $35.5 million last year, according to records. The double plot for sale represents two of the four he originally purchased, Mr. Carmenate said.

“He subdivided the land, it was four lots and now we’re selling [part of it],” Mr. Carmenate said. “He’s building a megamansion for himself on the other two lots, I’ve seen the plans and it’s quite spectacular.”

Mr. Franklin added, “I actually own the piece of property next to the one I’m selling. So whoever buys this gets to be my neighbor.”

A producer, screenwriter and director best known for his work as the creator of “Full House” and “Fuller House,” Mr. Franklin is no stranger to big-ticket property deals and construction projects. In January of this year, he listed an $85 million Beverly Hills estate he had commissioned from architect Richard Landry at the Los Angeles address that was the site of the now-demolished home where the Manson Family murdered a group of people that included actress Sharon Tate in 1969.
