But Ariana Grande, 22, proved she’s a down-to-earth pop star on Monday, as she was seen carrying her own luggage through JFK airport.

She was accompanied by her friend, Rookie magazine writer Tyler Ford.

If he looks familiar, it is because Miley Cyrus took Tyler along to the amfAR Gala in New York as her ‘date’ earlier this month.

Introducing her date on Twitter, Miley wrote: ‘Meet Tyler (@tywrent), a 24 year old living in New York City, and my date for @amfar tonight!!!’

‘Tyler is a queer, biracial, agender person, whose pronouns are they/them/theirs.’

The sighting comes after Ariana’s ex Big Sean, 27, spoke about his relationships.

‘Many, you know, I don’t plan relationships,’ he told Entertainment Tonight.
