A brand-new purple kit with a rose motif will be used by the Real Madrid men and women’s teams.

The kit was announced on Monday and is already proving a hit with fans, who adore the design.

One fan boldly claimed: “Classic.”

And this fan said: “Real Madrid always giving us proper jerseys.”

A third wrote: “One word – Quality.”

Another posted: “The best of the best.”

While this fan said: “This shirt is beyond special.. need to get myself one soon.”

Roses became the iconic signature of Yohji Yamamoto, who has collaborated with Adidas in recent times to start Y-3.

And to show off the latest kit, Bellingham starred front and centre, pulling out his arms-out celebration that he has popularised both with Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid.

Y-3 and Real Madrid have teamed up on several occasions in recent years, starting in March 2022 when they helped produce a fourth kit that was introduced in El Clasico against Barcelona.

Earlier this month, Real Madrid revealed a travel collection alongside Y-3 that starred Bellingham alongside club legend Zinedine Zidane.

Los Blancos have donned purple kits in the past, while it is often denoted as the colour of royalty.

Perhaps the most recent and famous case was their kit in 2016/17 when Real won the Champions League wearing their purple kit in the final.

They beat Juventus 4-1, which included one of Cristiano Ronaldo’s finest ever displays when he scored twice to land the European title.
