The 39-year-old reality star took to Instagram on Tuesday so share a gallery of snaps featuring her five-year-old child posing with plaster on her injured arm just days after sharing first family portrait with her two kids.

True’s pink wrapped cast matched her top and bottoms co-ord as she held hands with her four-year-old cousin Psalm.

The fourth child of Kim and Kanye West had even more than just a cast on as the youngster’s shoulder was supported by an intricate sling.

Khloe’s caption shed a little more light on how the injuries happened as she wrote to her 311million followers: ‘Summer 2023 Cousin cast club Trampoline and monkey bars They had a ball this summer.’

True seemed to be in good spirits despite the injury as she smiled big in all three of the images posted.

Just last week Khloe shared a first family portrait with both her children on Thursday afternoon.

The Good American entrepreneur was seen with both her son Tatum, one, and daughter True, five, as they sat on the grass of her backyard while playing with toys.

The  reality TV star was beaming with joy as she smiled alongside her kids during Tatum’s first birthday bash.

But one person did not make the group.

Though her former partner Tristan Thompson was at the party, he was not in the frame-worthy snapshot.

Khloe looked youthful in her plunging white summer dress that had straps over her shoulders, a small waistline and a full skirt as she added high heels.

Her glam was on target as she wore her blonde hair down and had on rose-toned makeup as she added black sunglasses and a diamond necklace.

Little True was darling in a white dress as she smiled from ear to ear as she wore her hair in curls with a braid up the center.

And Tatum was distracted as he looked off in the distance while mom out a hand on his waist. He wore a white T-shirt, biege slacks and white socks.

Tristan did pop up in another photo – when he was with Khloe as well as her pregnant sister Kourtney – who was in all black – and her new husband, drummer Travis Barker of Blink 182.

Tristan wore a white shirt with white shorts and sneakers and a silver chain.

Kourtney appeared to have no makeup on as he bra peeked from under her tank top.

Travis was very dressed down in a black T-shirt with a scary man’s face on it, adding ripped black jeans and leather shoes with narrow sunglasses.

He put his hand on Kourtney’s bump as she held onto a matcha drink.
