Sylvester Stallone showed his softer side on Saturday as he spent an afternoon on Daddy duty.
The 65-year-old took two of his daughters, Scarlet, 11, and Sistine, 14, for lunch with Mickey Rourke at Caffe Roma in Beverly Hills.
Stallone and Rourke, 56, both have signed on for the ensemble action film The Expendables 3, which is scheduled for release in 2014.

Stallone looked ready for action in a tight black short-sleeved shirt that showed off his bulging neck and arm muscles.
The Rocky star also wore a pair of grey slacks, black shoes and dark sunglasses.
Scarlet kept it cool and casual in a pair of orange shorts, a blue-striped crew neck shirt and sandals, while Sistine wore skinny purple pants and a sleeveless button-up blouse with black sandals.

Not seen at the lunch outing were Stallone’s wife Jennifer Flavin, 44, and their eldest 16-year-old daughter, Sophia.
Rourke attended lunch at the Italian restaurant wearing blue jeans, a green V-neck shirt, black leather jacket and bright red shoes.
The Barfly actor also had on a grey beanie, sported dark brown sunglasses and carried a pack of Marlboro cigarettes.

Stallone will return in The Expendables 3 as Barney Ross, the leader of an elite group of mercenaries.
And Rourke will be back as mission coordinator Tool after not reprising his role in the sequel.
The third instalment of The Expendables franchise also will feature Jason Statham, Jacki Chan, Jet Li and Bruce Willis.
