Lewis Hamilton ‘working on TV show’ as Brit teases next project after F1 movie

Lewis Hamilton is working on a TV show idea and ‘a couple of animation films’ as he doubles down on his activities with his Dawn Apollo Films production company. The seven-time world champion played a pivotal role in bringing the F1 movie to life and onto the big screen.

Hamilton’s desire for creative outlets outside of his motorsport exploits is well-documented. The 40-year-old has long held a passion for music creation and is now venturing into the world of cinema, with the F1 movie being his first significant contribution.

The project was a certified success. After bringing in £479million ($629m) at the worldwide box office, F1: The Movie became the highest-grossing sports movie of all time, overtaking Pixar’s Cars 2 in the process.
