Jonah Hill’s house tour featured the sale of one of his Malibu beach homes for $11.1 million!

Jonah Hill, who has received two Oscar nominations (for “Moneyball” and “The Wolf of Wall Street”), has chosen to hand over the keys to his slick, modern residence on the “land side” of the same prestigious guard-gated community to a new owner now that he has had some time to settle into his recently purchased $15 million residence on the “beach side” of Malibu Colony.

A speck over $11 million was paid for the property, according to records, by Hartley Wasko, managing partner of The Eleven Fund, a Denver-based company that recently invested $40 million into the cannabis technology platform Alleaves.

Actor Jonah Hill just sold one of his Malibu beach homes for $11.1m!

The property sits across the street from the ocean and was first listed over the summer for $15m, and recently sold after multiple price reductions.

Records show that Jonah Hill only paid $9m for the home in Jan. 2021. The actor has recently acquired another $15m beachfront home in the same neighborhood.

Tucked away behind a gated courtyard, the 3-story home features a luxurious interior and an entertainer’s backyard, with access to a private beach.

Jonah Hill has sold his Malibu Colony home for approximately $11 million, significantly less than the initial asking price of $15 million. The property was relisted for just under $14 million before the final sale. Hill purchased the home from Chrome Hearts founders Richard and Laurie Stark for $13.1 million two years ago.

The three-story residence features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and nearly 3,700 square feet of living space. Key highlights of the home include a lofty living room with a fireplace, large windows, and French doors leading to a landscaped backyard. The property also boasts a lagoon-style pool, spa, sauna, and an outdoor dining area. Significant renovations were made to the home, including a new charcoal gray exterior.
