Fashion model Jasmine Tookes is moving out of her lovely Los Angeles home designed in the classic manner. The asking price is $4.2 million.
The 4,080-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is situated on a third-acre plot of land. For $3 million, it last changed hands in 2018.
According to rumors, Tookes has already moved on from this attractive perch. The runway model and her new spouse, Juan David Borrero, have already found a replacement. This one is showcased in Architectural Digest as their “ultimate dream home,” and it has a dark, somber color palette.
Here’s more about the property Tookes hopes to sell.
This place has a definite modern farmhouse vibe with hints of California style. The combination of dramatic tilework, light wood tones, leather accessories, and bright white paint creates a calm, sophisticated look that will suit a wide range of tastes.
The high ceilings and French doors make the rooms feel open and airy, offering views of the leafy grounds and outdoor living spaces. The all-white kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances, a large island, and a six-burner range.
One room does feature some color—a dark blue home office. The main bedroom is serene and elegant, with a walk-in closet, private terrace overlooking the yard, and a spa-worthy bathroom for quiet soaks in the tub.
A pool and two-car garage round out this 1950s charmer.
Tookes got her start in modeling when her fashion stylist mother took her along to a showroom appointment, where she was “discovered.” Soon after, Tookes appeared in a Victoria’s Secret show.
She went on to become an Angel for the brand and has strutted the catwalk for a number of fashion houses, including Prada, Calvin Klein, and Tom Ford. Tookes also co-founded the activewear brand Joja.
