Conor McGregor has not provided an update on his broken toe but gave fans a positive sign on Aug. 1 with new training footage. The post comes roughly one month after he was scheduled to return against Michael Chandler at UFC 303.

McGregor posted footage from his private facility at McGregor Sports and Entertainment. The video depicted the former two-division champion shaking off the rust in his boxing skills while hitting pads.

Fans gave mixed reactions to the post with some impressed by the Irishman’s power but others critiquing his technique. One fan complimenting his signature knockout power called his left hand a “pistol.”
