Khloe Kardashian and her mom Kris Jenner‘s massive side-by-side mansions located in Hidden Hills are now visible in new aerial images and footage obtained by DailyMail.com.

The mother-daughter duo shelled out a combined $37million to build homes next to one another on the 3.4 acre property that they snapped up in April 2021.

Khloe is understood to have paid $17million to construct her dream home while Kris spent over $20 million.

Khloe resides in the lighter building while Kris lives in the darker building, both of which are over 10,000 square-feet and feature large swimming pools.

The new images gives fans of the Kardashian-Jenner family a better look at the impressive properties, which are in close proximity to the homes own by Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Khloe’s ex Tristan Thompson.

Kris, 67, and Khloe, 38, are no strangers to the area as they both previously lived in Hidden Hills as well as neighboring Calabasas.

Just one year before going in on the joint lot with Khloe, Kris offloaded her Hidden Hills mansion for a reported $15 million.

Eight months later, Khloe officially sold her Calabasas mansion for $15.5 million which reigns supreme as the highest amount ever paid for a home in the celeb-loved city, according to The Dirt.

Despite a report by TMZ, Khloe and Kris have since moved into their side-by-side mansions.

Kris first teased her new home in the first season of Hulu’s The Kardashians last year, where Khloe gave the grand tour.

Although the interior may be complete, the new images show mild construction being performed in the front of the home to the left of the front entry.

There are more blacked out windows, temporary wood panels, a folded ladder and other pieces of construction equipment sitting idly just beyond the far left side of the house.

Khloe and Kris share a spacious driveway with two entrances, though Khloe’s entrance can also lead guests to side area where several of the Good American founder’s cars are currently parked.

They also share a sprawling backyard with only a sparse arrangement of trees creating somewhat of a divider that includes a stone path directly into Khloe’s yard.

Khloe opted for a lighter look for her home by going with a soft gray tile roof and white paint.

Her abode is built in the same asymmetrical U-shape as her mother’s but it’s mirrored.

The NBA star, 32, reportedly purchased a $12.5million mansion just two miles from Khloe earlier this year.

Though Kris and Khloe have little privacy from one another, the sprawling property is surrounded by tall trees and privacy walls.

They’ve spent the last two years constructing their homes, which Khloe showed off in footage shared to her Instagram Story in May 2021.

It came just one month after they purchased the land so the home was still in the very early stage of construction with visible pipes, an entirely dirt lot and an unfinished swimming pool.

There were piles of bricks and wood beams scattered all around the outside.

She also took fans inside one portion of the unfinished home that had complete walls and a near complete ceiling.

‘I have dry wall coming on!’ she narrated.

‘The start of my kitchen island is coming along. Right now, it looks like a big block, so I’m going to put marble on it. We’re getting close! It doesn’t look like, but we are!’

Though it’s now home to two mega-mansions, the land used to have one single family home that Britney Spears once rented in 2011 and 2012 for $25,000 a month, Page Six previously reported.

They had purchased the lots on the same day from Metro Development Homes just before Christmas to build their custom home of their dreams.

The Dirt reported at the time of the sale that brokers originally proposed one single family home on the 3.4 acre property, but Kris and Khloe counter-proposed two homes on the then-single lot.

Originally the land was owned by construction magnate Ron Tutor – the father of Million Dollar Listing star Tracy Tutor – and included a home of 20,000 square feet.

The home was once leased to Britney Spears.

It sold in 2012 for $7 million to a local developer who razed the house.

After that, the land was left vacant for years before being passed to Metro Development.
