The median listing price in the area is $5.9 million.

The home itself is designed for indoor-outdoor living with French doors opening up interior spaces to the property’s extensive grounds, according to marketing materials. There are multiple primary suites, including one on an upper level with dual bathrooms, walk-in closets, a bar and a private balcony.

In addition to a gourmet kitchen with a large island and a separate “butler’s kitchen” with a walk-in pantry, the home is designed with a media room, a dining area and a variety of “flex rooms,” per the listing.

The home was listed for $15.75 million in March of this year, according to records, and closed on May 13, listing records show. Cristal Clarke at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties had the listing, and declined to comment for this story. Devon Forbes at Coldwell Banker Realty represented the pair according to Dirt, which first reported the sale. Mr. Forbes did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
