The breakup of Brangelina is officially official now that Madame Tussauds has separated their wax figures.

The famed museum announced on Wednesday that it had split up the pair in its venues around the globe. A photo released by the museum showed Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in different parts of a showroom, with Robert Pattinson awkwardly placed between them. They must not have a Marion Cotillard figure because she’s the only name being thrown into the mix, though numerous reports indicate that she had nothing to do with the split.

“Following the news that has shocked celebrity watchers worldwide, we can confirm we have separated Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s figures,” read a tweet from the museum’s account. Well played!

The Jolie-Pitts, whose divorce made headlines on Tuesday after 12 years together and two years of marriage, are staples at Madame Tussauds locations around the world. There have been several different incarnations of them throughout the years. Important to know is that each figurine costs an estimated $300,000 to construct.

We’re not wax-figure experts, but we think they’ve come a long way since these two debuted in London in 2008. Is that really supposed to be Brad? (Photo: FilmMagic)

Remember how big of a deal it was when Shiloh was born in 2006? It was such a big deal at the New York City museum that Shi even got her own figurine. (Photo: Getty Images)

Love triangle, wax style! Of course Jennifer Aniston was worked into the mix. This was in London in 2005. No explanation for the weird costumes. (Photo: James Quinton/WireImage)
